Two Water Pipe Failures Flood Venice Streets and Fill Basements

Two separate pipe failures in Venice on Saturday cut water to more than 60 customers and left five to six feet of water in underground parking areas, according to ABC7.
A contractor on site put the blame on infrastructure he estimated at 110 years old.
