Summer at the Disneyland Resort is not cheap, but the parks are again dangling a discount for night owls. A limited-time $59 evening ticket is back for select dates through early August, ABC7 reported.
The details
The $59 ticket, for ages 3 and up, buys one-day, one-park admission — either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure, not both, KTLA reported. Guests can enter California Adventure starting at 5 p.m. or Disneyland Park starting at 7 p.m., and stay until the park closes.
The offer is good on Sundays through Wednesdays from July 12 through August 5, and requires a theme-park reservation for the chosen date in addition to the ticket. The resort began selling the evening tickets on June 30.
Why it's a deal
Because summer hours run late — Disneyland often stays open until midnight and California Adventure until around 10 p.m. — the ticket can translate into several hours in the park for well under half the cost of a peak-season single-day ticket. It is aimed squarely at the slower early-week evenings, and at locals who can drop in for a night without committing to a full day.
Before you go
As with past versions of the promotion, the fine print matters: the reservation system can fill up on popular dates, the ticket is limited to the evening entry windows, and it covers a single park per visit. Guests should confirm current availability, hours and any conditions on the official Disneyland website before buying.
