The Big Ten and SEC back the college sports bill and the Senate clock runs out Friday

School presidents in the Big Ten and the SEC voted Friday night to support the Protect College Sports Act as drafted, the endorsement the bill's sponsors had been missing.
It arrives the same day a federal judge in Denver struck down the NCAA's new eligibility rule, and with the Senate about to leave for its summer break.
