- School presidents in the Big Ten and the SEC voted Friday night to support the Protect College Sports Act as drafted, the endorsement the bill's sponsors had been missing.
- It arrives the same day a federal judge in Denver struck down the NCAA's new eligibility rule, and with the Senate about to leave for its summer break.
