'Sully' Sullenberger, the Hudson River pilot, says he has early-stage Alzheimer's
- Chesley 'Sully' Sullenberger, the pilot who safely landed a crippled airliner on the Hudson River in 2009 and saved all 155 people aboard, has disclosed that he has early-stage Alzheimer's disease.
- He said he was sharing the diagnosis so other families 'living in the shadows' might feel able to speak up.
