Norovirus Sickens 125 on the Ruby Princess After It Docks in San Francisco

A norovirus outbreak sickened 125 people aboard the Ruby Princess during a three-week cruise to Alaska, federal health officials said, after the ship returned to San Francisco.
It is the third norovirus outbreak on a Princess Cruises vessel this year — a reminder of how quickly the highly contagious stomach bug spreads at sea.
