Pasadena's Langham hotel to pay $320,000 over wildfire price gouging

  • The owner of Pasadena's Langham Huntington hotel will pay $320,000 in penalties and costs, plus at least $216,795 in refunds to guests, to settle allegations that it illegally raised room rates just before the January 2025 wildfires forced thousands of Los Angeles-area residents from their homes.
