A Mother and Daughter Missing on San Gorgonio Are Found Safe

  • A mother and her adult daughter who went missing on one of Southern California's most punishing trails have been found alive.
  • Krystal Meyers, 41, and Alexis Meyers Martinez, 21, were located by search crews Friday afternoon, about a day after they failed to return from a hike on the Vivian Creek Trail in the San Gorgonio Wilderness.
  • They did not appear to be injured, authorities said.
