Goldenvoice is bringing a new music festival to the Santa Monica sand

The company behind Coachella is planning a new two-day music festival on the beach at the base of the Santa Monica Pier this fall.
The Ocean Way Festival promises a lineup of a dozen or more acts, a beachfront setup and a batch of community perks, though the headliners have not yet been announced.
