Prosecutors lay out their case as Charlie Kirk murder hearing opens in Utah

  • Prosecutors in Utah began presenting evidence on Monday to argue that Tyler Robinson, the man accused of fatally shooting the conservative activist Charlie Kirk at a university event last year, should stand trial on a charge of aggravated murder, in a case in which the state is seeking the death penalty.
