A family's civil suit says Deputy Max Fernandez, off duty and intoxicated, pointed a gun at two minors in their yard in 2024, then repeatedly parked outside their home.
It links him to an alleged deputy gang.
The Sheriff's Department says it takes misconduct allegations seriously.
