A man attacks a Manhattan immigration court building, injuring three

  • The FBI says Andrew Arrabaca, 43, set off an incendiary device at 26 Federal Plaza on Monday, poured gasoline and fired an airsoft rifle.
  • Two federal employees and a civilian, an immigrant attending a hearing, were hurt.
  • He carried anti-ICE material and, the bureau says, said he did not care if he killed people.
