A United agent threatened to call ICE on a passenger over a ticket error

Julio Varela of San Ramon was sorting out a misspelled name on his daughter's ticket at SFO when the agent said, 'Maybe we should call ICE on you,' and, 'you don't act like a citizen.' Both sides recorded it.
United says it is looking into the exchange.
